ICON Drift Series

Motorcycle vs Car - Drift Battle

If you're like us and live on planet Earth, you're most likely cooped up in your house, locked down, and eye-guzzling all the motorcycle content you can get your hands on. A global pandemic does that to a person. Well, we here at Ye Ole ICON Motosports understand and care about your moto-consumption needs. That's why we're putting together some hits for you to watch all over again for the first time! Is that a thing? Who cares? Just roll with it. For your viewing pleasure, we bring you our entire Drift Series.

Up first, the one that started it all... Motorcycle vs Car - Drift Battle. A stretched 05 Kawasaki ZX10 piloted by Nick "Apex" Brocha vs. a Corvette-Powered RX7 driven by Jim Guthrie in a high speed drifting battle where everyone's a winner, including us - the viewers.

Motorcycle vs Car - Drift Battle 2

Wow, pretty good. Huh? Yeah, we're into it. Glad you are too. Now, let's keep this party train rollin'. Get some popcorn, kick back, and enjoy Drift 2.

The sequel to the Icon original video: Motorcycle vs. Car Drift Battle - Nick 'Apex' Brocha is back and this time he brought his Empire teammate, Ernie Vigil. The two are mounted on a pair of crackling Triumph Speed Triples - built by Roaring Toyz for the sole purpose of going sideways. Over the last year their quest to find the ultimate drifting playground has led them to the rolling hills of High Plains County. Low traffic, perfect asphalt and endless twisties have kept them busy resurfacing roads with their rear tires for weeks. The only problem is the local authorities have had enough. Enter Police Officer Dan Brockett, the only man with the muscle to keep these two in sight. His 550 horsepower Ford Mustang Cobra was built for speed and he's got a license to use it.

Motorcycle vs. Car - Drift Battle 3

That last one, friends, is what we call a banger. Say it with us BANG-ER. We're chuggin' right along through the series. You need a stretch or anything? No? You're good? Alright, up next is Drift 3.

After 3 long years of incarceration in High Plains County Penitentiary Ernie Vigil and Nick Brocha are released back into the wild. Upon discovering they started a chain reaction of drift mayhem, and with the two having sworn off motorcycle drifting, it didn't take long to relapse into a life of sideways crime. This time they're on freshly built 204HP Turbo Triumph Daytona sportbikes.

In this land of Driftpocalypse the HPPD has taken drastic measures to put an end to needless wasting of tires. Introducing Officer Buck, a new lawman armed to the teeth in a 850hp X2R go anywhere, annihilate anything, long travel buggy. And back again not content with his forced retirement, Officer Dan Brockett on permanent sabbatical from the HPPD finds a way to join the chase in his personal built 575HP undercover pursuit vehicle.

Motorcycle vs. Car - Drift Battle 4

Up next, the last in a series of awesome - Drift 4.

After a narrow escape from the clutches of Officer Buck 3 years ago, ICONs Ernie Vigil and Nick Brocha have fallen on hard times and are stunting on the Mexican circuit to make ends meet. Officer Dan Brockett meets up with the boys to help pull them out of their funk and leads them to a track where Russian drifting legend, Sugar Daddy, and his 1500 HP Mustang awaits.

Be kind, Please rewind

Did you make it through all of them? We know people's attention spans aren't much these days, but we've figured since you probably don't have anywhere to go that you could make it through all four videos. That's what we'd like to think anyway.

These are kooky times, but we will make it through this together... one ICON video at a time. Hang in there.
