The bike is modified for this endeavor with Ohlins® suspension, enduro-capacity tank from Safari Tank Australia, Rally Raid rear fuel tank, navigation panel, PIAA® lighting, AltRider armor, Arrow exhaust, and Woody's Superlaced wheels.

The Baja 1000 was a challenge for our Triumph Tigers, the Alcan 5000 was a on a whole different plane. Rocks replaced sand, cold replaced heat, bee stings and river crossings replaced peace and quiet. And we crushed it.
